Review: Great egg white substitute for cocktails - This is great substitute for those cocktails that call for egg white. I made lemon meringue martinis by shaking vodka, lemoncello and fee brothers foam with ice. It gave a nice froth at the top and did not change the taste. Delish!

A: It does produce a great foam, but the mouthfeel isn't _quite_ like an egg white. On the other hand, it's a lot better than aquafaba. You might want to check out Frothee. I think that's a little better product and the bottle you get lasts forever.
