But I've just been such a coffee snob for so long that I thought I had to have fresh ground whole bean coffee for perfect coffee. However, the whole bean is so expensive at the grocery and my usual source is a ways away (we are out in the middle of rural nowhere) so I ordered this because I remember liking it, the dark roast, and because it was 12 relatively small bricks that I figgered wouldn't go stale before I could use it out. Now that we are having this each morning, I'm wondering why I'd get anything else! Forget the whole bean... it isn't all that after all. This is rich and dark and in the smaller packs doesn't get stale before we run through one and open a fresh one.
