Keep clean- sterile with alcohol. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hard to clean *by A***. on April 27, 2025* I use the dermaroller for my face and even when it my skin is completely clean, the roller tends to pick up some dead skin cells/flakes, which get caught in the small gaps next to the needles. This makes it extremely hard to clean and soaking it in 70-90% alcohol doesn't do anything to remove particles that are visible to the eye.
