Ive had two full neck fusions, Back surgery and multiple other issues. I have bought numerous massage products and have always been disappointed. This has been the first one in 20 years that provides relief. Its functionality is incredible. I also love that it can be used in car…perfect for road trips! I also use it on my legs and feet…it is very functional with some creativity. VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE!!

I was a little disappointed that it didn't have more substance or stiffness. I was looking for a firm back. However, it does have good vibration with several settings, and the heat is nice. I use it in my recliner, and every time I get up, it falls down. The straps are a good idea, but not long enough to wrap around a wider back chair.

The different massage settings target all the right spots, especially my upper back and shoulders, where I usually carry the most tension.I use it almost daily now, whether I’m relaxing after work or just need a moment to reset. I was expecting an intense massager but this only vibrates.

I have wasted my time on other back massagers, this one is a step above them all, with this one I can lay back in my recliner and enjoy several settings of my choice the heat feature is great, I was so happy with it that I purchased another one, 11stars if that were possible.

It works great! I love how I can get a good massage AND Heat to go with it on cold days! Definitely relives pain that I have in my lower back! I highly recommend this product for a great massage either at home or in the car!
