Review: Phone speakers - What an excellent pair of portable speakers. I was a little dubious as to what the performance would be like being so small? Some of the smaller speaker can be a little tinny. But this was not the case with the MPS-100, even at full volume they are impressive.
Review: Great design but you need to have a Sony Ericsson phone for them to work - The speakers look very good - great design - and would be even better if they worked with a laptop easily which is the purpose for which I bought them. The description is not clear enough - it should be made very clear that it is imperative that you have a Sony Ericsson mobile phone to act as a conduit of power from laptop to speaker. Another mobile phone will not work and a 3.5 input jack does not provide power. I don't have a Sony Ericsson phone and it has proved impossible to find a suitable adaptor so they have proved to be completely useless. Therefore I cannot comment on the quality of sound but the design is really good. If you have a Sony Ericcson mobile I should think they are great but the necessity of having the right mobile phone should be made clearer.

What an excellent pair of portable speakers. I was a little dubious as to what the performance would be like being so small? Some of the smaller speaker can be a little tinny. But this was not the case with the MPS-100, even at full volume they are impressive.

I am really impressed with these little speakers. the sound is crisp and clear,even at full volume, they are very effective at being a radio antenna, easy to carry around. versatile and sturdy. At the reduced price, they are a real bargain.
