Review: Find someone I can talk to For the printer - Yes, I wanted to talk to someone about the printer because I’ve only used it three times about it last year in April. The button turned the printer on. It didn’t pushed our way inside the printer. I have not tried to fix on it because I’m not a mechanic for machines so I’m just trying to find out where would I be able to take this machine to so that I can get it fixed because I’ve only used it three times at a graduation event at a birthday party event in at a reunion event. This is what I have it for for my family events. This printer has been inside the box sitting in a safe place, and when I tried to turn it on two days ago, I pushed the button the whole button went in.

If you want any hope of getting support you should purchase it directly though Polaroid. Either way, it seems like the quality on this product is a bit spotty. Be careful.

Yes, I wanted to talk to someone about the printer because I’ve only used it three times about it last year in April. The button turned the printer on. It didn’t pushed our way inside the printer. Be careful purchasing on Amazon. I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and after arriving it never once turned on. Amazon suggests contacting the manufacturer for missing/damaged product support, but when we reached out to Polaroid directly we were told we had to submit any customer support claims through Amazon sending us in an endless loop. If you want any hope of getting support you should purchase it directly though Polaroid. Either way, it seems like the quality on this product is a bit spotty. Be careful.

Printer doesn’t turn on, not at all. May have been damaged in shipping? Was shipped in a bag. Do not trust this vendor. Amazon’s warehouse damages alot of items in shipping. Look at the pics to see what I received.
