These scissors are very well made, industrial durability and extremely sharp. How sharp? I pulled a piece of toilet paper off of the bathroom roll. These scissors are able to easily slice though the toilet paper, without bending the tissue as they cut. Tight tolerance between the blades. The handles are stout and actually have some weight to them. Very impressive and rock solid. Cheaper scissors are held together with non removable rivets. If in the very distant future, you need to sharpen these scissors, you can, as the halves are held together with a threaded rivet and a removable nut. I have no option but to give these scissors a very solid A+.

They are a great value for the money as I looked at some at Michael’s and they were a lot more expensive. I don’t sew and only used the to cut around 30 t-shirts but they were very sharp and did a great job cutting the shirts.

Got tired of buying the readily available 8" scissors that aren't really sharp or durable and are only good for a few years. These scissors are very well made, industrial durability and extremely sharp. How sharp? I pulled a piece of toilet paper off of the bathroom roll.
