It's also quieter than having an air pump or compressor in the room withe the laser - the exhaust is loud enough already...
Review: Worked great for 5 years. - Worked great for 5 years but close state seal started to fail after that (it would slow drip when closed). Usage wasn’t heavy, and it was used with clean water only.

Bought this for my wife's CO2 setup and its working perfectly, the solenoid is just a basic 2 wire black and red, apply power and it opens up, remove power and it closes, this is exactly what I was looking for and its been working as expected for the past couple of weeks.
