I have properly ate right before with the whole 3 meals a day and snacks in between but I didn't do all of that. You know your own body so if you typically eat 6 meals and 4 of them are main dishes the pills will definetly stop that and make you feel fuller and that's when you should experiment with yourself. This is coming from a hardcore gamer like 14 hours straight of video games leading up till 3 or 4 or the morning and still eating and going to sleep on it. Don't go all out on a full blown diet plan just stick to what you normally eat while slowly switching over to healthier items and everything else will fall into place. Fyi the latest I usually eat now is about 12AM since it takes about 2 hours for food to digest. If I get hungry after that I would eat some fruit since it's more feeling and you would burn it off in under a hour since it's just carbs basically. These pills DONT make you have the runs but the fiber will have you in the restroom within 2 hours after that your good to go I hope this clears up a lot of confusion and is a more straight forward review of this product. I suffered from low blood pressure and drops of energy due to low sugar levels without notice. Today I tried this and I am really impressed with how I am no longer suffering from the bouts of energy loss nor fainting spells that I usually get when stressed or overwork myself. I'm continue to try this out as this is the first day of trying it out, but as I had stated, I am impressed by how I was able to work on a whole fence without fainting once or being dizzy. I hope this helps with my therapy to overcome my fainting spells and difficulty with blood circulation without breaking bank. I usually spend over $50 a month trying to combat my hypoglycemia and hypocardia, but with time I hope this stuff will replace those supplements and I only have to spend half of that amount per month while also overcoming this nonsense I had inherit from my parents. Update: Dec 2022: Recently I noticed flatter stomach, more energy and better academic results in economic classes. No change in diet. I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years already before starting and needed a little boost in metabolism. I take these in the morning, while sleeping at night starting around 9 or 9:30pm.
