The belt clip works well and does not slide around on my gun belt. The holster itself is well made and fits my M&P Shield Plus 9mm perfectly. The cant angle is very easy to adjust to your preference. The level 2 retention feature works perfectly. It is very comfortable to wear and is now my favorite OWB holster.
