WHY    order an Extra Spool  ???

ALL spools have 10 lb test line.
The Spool is rated to accommodate from 10 lb test line up to  an incredibly strong 28 lbs test line.  If you are fortunate to discover a school of large fish and they are breaking you 10 lb test line.  The perfect solution is to "pop out" the spool with 10 lb test line and then "pop in" the extra spool with say 20 lb test line.  Don't let the "big one" get away.  It just takes seconds and saves time in removing line and replacing with stronger  line.

Extra Feature .........
Always rinse your rod and reel with Freshwater AFTER fishing in Saltwater.  The removable spool allows one to easily rinse the interior of the reel that is critical to long term maintenance and performance.

How to Remove the Spool...........
On top of the spool is a "dime size" disc.  Push in and HOLD dime size disc in........ then lift and remove the spool.

How to Attach the Spool to the Reel........
Position the spool onto the metal shaft.  Push down on the spool and rotate.  Once it "aligns" you will hear a "snap" sound and the spool will be firmly attached to the reel body.
