I'm gone from home 12 hours a day, and was looking for a crock pot with a delay timer - this one works perfectly! Once done, the keep warm feature turns on and my meal is ready when I walk in the door - not shriveled and with all the moisture evaporated like a regular crock pot after 12 hours. I love that the pan is super light and can actually be used on a stove top to saute veggies and sear your meat before setting it to crockpot mode. The inner pan is extremely easy to clean, wipes clean with a couple swipes.
