If you have problems in your intestines, especially your colon, use a combination of Movicol, Gasx, magnesium, zinc, and bismuth; this prepares the best results. The fourth doctor gave me the wrong treatment, but when he recommended Gemini bismuth, I tried it, and for the past three days, I've been having amazing bowel movements... but definitely stay away from simple carbohydrates during this process. They seem slightly softer than the other packaged kinds which may mean there are some broken in the bottom (we'll see when we get there), but it also means they are more pleasant to chew.
