Review: Exactly what I needed - I ordered this on recommendation from my physical therapist to help improve flexion in my knee following post total knee replacement. This allows me to do the exercise regardless of where I am (while I can use my bed, it isn't in front of the TV). It is a good width, and is very comfortable on my surgical knee. There is an added bonus of being able to use this for other exercises to improve balance. I highly recommend.
