You could expect to pay more for a premium brand and not get the same quality product. The mounting straps fit securely around crash bars or other points on the bike. Super strong zipper with a flap to keep out dust. It's big enough to keep the essentials and a bit more. My only beef is that if I want to ride without the tank bag I need to remove the straps that it buckles into. I don't want to risk them flapping around like a fish on dry land. I looked at making a strap that would secure them in place but in the end I just contacted the manufacturer directly. They were super helpful and agreed to send me the buckles I needed to secure the straps together when the bag is not on the bike. I just needed to pay shipping. Great product, great customer service and the price beats other competitors.
