## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the warranty period of this product? In official website they mentioned minimum 5yrs warranty**
A: I will not suggest to go for this chair. My chair was faulty. Initially they provided spare part to fix the default. I was happy that they supported well. Wrote a good word on Amazon. But even after fixing the spare, the Wheel base of the chair didn't get fixed well. I wrote them back but they haven't reverted back since past 2 months.
Apart from this, we paid them GST for which still I am struggling get GST credit from them. Probably they haven't file their GSTR-1 and hence I cannot avail GST ITC. It's loss to me till they don't file their GSTR-1

Overall I don't have that great experience

**Q: Can i deatached the head support if required**
A: yes

**Q: I ordered for this chair, the delivered product is different.. no arm rest adjustment, no tilt support..**
A: I Received the Chair as per Order,  It has Arm Rest,  But tilting arrangment is not working.

**Q: Which all equipment are required in order to assemble the chair? Apart from tools provided, do we need anything extra to assemble?**
A: No extra tools are required to assemble the chair.
