The flavour was very similar to PF30 , vaguely citrus, but no specific flavour - inoffensive and easy to consume. I'm sure I felt more energy in my run from these gels , and I'll keep using them. Thankfully I don't usually suffer any GI issues with gels, and I had no trouble with the SiS Beta formula (I was concerned that 40g carb might be more than my stomach would tolerate, as my normal gels are 30 g Carb). The only negative is the packs are bigger than I'm used to carrying.
