The difference has been night and day, everything dispenses properly with strong pressure and consistent results every time. The drinks have been wonderful. Coffee comes out incredibly smooth and low-acid, so much so that I’m probably drinking more coffee now than I should... The cocktails have been just as impressive. Nitro really elevates the flavors and makes experimenting at home fun, and it beats spending $15+ per drink at a bar. ### ⭐ Expensive hard-to-clean novelty

Very expensive and not worth in. The nitrogen foam is nice, but it doesn’t really last very long. The machine and canister are high quality and it works fine, it’s just super overrated as far as improving drinks. It’s also a pain to clean every time since it has several parts to remove. I regret buying this.
