It provides excellent protection and looks great on any hardwood. ### ⭐ Do not apply over sanding sealer *by T***N on August 3, 2019* It sanding sealer has ever been applied to wood this oil will not penetrate as advertised and has refused to dry completely. There was no warning prior to sale or on the product label. It made a terrible mess f a beautiful new douglas fir floor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strongly recommend for pets and kids *by P***A on July 1, 2024* 8 years ago we had our poly white oak floors that were deeply gouged from the dogs running redone with Ioba impact. The floors still look great, no nail marks, so easy to maintain (no soap). We just removed the carpeting in the basement and installed white oak and again chose loba impact. It does have an odor initially but does not cause me breathing difficulty like traditional polyurethane offgassing.
