I had a hard time finding any locally, and the steel places wanted to sell me a 4x8 sheet for $120, which was way more than I needed. I found this and shipping was pretty reasonable so I bought it. Welded into my trailer tongue (which is a 48 long x36" triangle), I can stand in the center of it and I weigh 250 lbs. I did weld a piece of 1/8" steel strap under it for support in the middle, as i know expanded steel will sag with weight and age if not supported. Only two complaints:Rusts very easily, more than expected. I wouldn't use this outdoors at all, even with good paint (which is difficult to get inside the spaces with a good covering anyway).The edges are SHARP. I mean if you try moving this thing and barely nick your skin, you will cut to the fat or the bone. I slashed my leg and my arm badly enough to need stitches while moving to where I could paint it... it was so sharp I didn't even know how bad the cuts were until I was bleeding everywhere.
