The honey was completely viscous with no damage to the packaging. Poured as expected and had a nice taste. It is not the sweetest honey I've had, and even had some nice floral notes on the back end. The inner brewer in me believing it to be too good to be true diluted 1/4 cup of honey in 3/4 cup of water and the refractometer read 25brix on the nose - textbook 79.6% sugar content. Ive read reviews about this feeling fake and my four 5lb jugs are anything but. I've also read some comments about the honey turning to sugar but recommend simply sitting the jug in hot water (no more than 105° or you'll kill off some of the good properties I'd honey) until it can be poured more easily again. All honey can crystallize, but it's not bad and shouldn't be thrown away!
