After 1 use and wash it all started peeling and I couldn't return them. **Q: Are there lids that fit these pans** A: There are no lids that I know of. **Q: can i use it for tiramisu?** A: You could, but it would be a small but deep tiramisu. The pan I have is a 7” round gold, so your finished product would be 7” in diameter. I have only used it for cheesecake, which may have less liquid than a tiramisu. Mine doesn’t leak with cheesecake, I don’t know how leakproof it would be with more liquid. Keep in mind, being square, they are a bit more difficult to get apart than the round ones. Push the bottom UP and out of the side piece. If I were making a fancy cake, I would use every second size pan to have more level space between layers for decoration.
