I haven't been able to walk around in these since I need to return for a larger size. So I don't know how my hips and knees will feel after wearing these I say that because I've tried a different brand of walking shoes and for some reason my hips and knees hurt terribly. I'm only 5'6" and 122 lbs so I don't know why that happened.
