Both the hose and complete mounting bracket including the ball are very cheap plastic and not the stainless and brass as detailed in the description. These people are crooks. **Q: How do you remove the flow restrictor?** A: Unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. **Q: What is the GPM of this shower head?** A: It’s a 10 setting shower head . Works great , perfect pressure and easy to install ! You turn the face part of the detachable head to get the pressure you like and enjoy the best shower you will ever have . Had mine for a few months worth every penny . **Q: At each end of the hose there are red plastic pieces that prevent me from attaching the hose to the mount and the shower head. Though I must say, beware, because after installing this you might be paying much more in your water bill due to how enjoyable it is. When I first purchased this shower head, my primary objective was to replace the existing one in my apartment with a more moveable option. I have virtually 0 experience in doing anything related to these installations, I was initially concerned that it would be a complicated process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward it was. After fitting the tape around the pipe and installing the shower head, I was thrilled to discover that it performed exceptionally well in all of its modes, not only for showering but also for cleaning the shower area due to the high-pressure settings available. Additionally, the mist option provided a soothing and relaxing feeling. Impressed with its performance, I recommended this shower head to my parents, and they were equally delighted with it.
