The trip was sensational! and one of the takeaways was that onboard the 5-star kitchened ship, an abundant Charcuterie was set out for us at every meal. On that board, we discovered this caramelly, sweet, creamy Gjetost. At every meal, we had a cube or more. Neither of us had ever had it before. So, when I got home, I started looking for it. And, of course, Amazon has it. I've been ordering this cheese for both my daughter and myself for over a year now.
