Please make sure when you purchase this ring that you are ordering the correct size. This is a high tension ring Review: Excellent product for erectile dysfunction. - I liked everything about the tension rings. They fit over the penis pump and when pumping causes an erection the stretchy ring is slid off the pump and onto the penis. When the pump is removed the rings hold the penis snugly to maintain your erection. There is no discomfort whatsoever, it is a rather enjoyable feeling. It also enables you to enjoy entended periods of love making.
