Review: Makes the XCC01 worth owning - This baseplate is great, it allows me to run my little makita masonry saw on a tracksaw track. This should fit most of the common tracks on the market (makita, festool, Milwaukee, wen, etc). I wish it had an anti tip feature to lock it onto the track, but that’s pretty minor. It’s easy to dial it in to eliminate play on the track. The baseplate works nicely off the track as well. I’m using it with a wen track, I bought the dust collection shroud for dry cutting and I’m even using it for cement board. Once you have it you’ll find uses you never even thought of.
