At first I was skeptical about spending so much money on prepared dried oatmeal (in comparison to the off-Quaker brand or DIY-ing it every morning), the quality of the product impressed me and was definitely superior to any prepackaged oat mix I have had in the past. I felt full and healthy after eating them. Like most oatmeal they kept me full through the morning and were easy to eat at my desk or at home on the couch, but without having any of the sugar crashes that come from the other apple and cinnamon prepackages oats.
