First the A920 comes with a rubber protective case which gets removed quickly as the paper runs out at least 3-4 times a day in a busy restaurant. The charge does not last very long so they end up plugged in. The tip function causes headaches for those who make input errors as changes can not be made. There is a danger of entering a tip on the wrong credit card. We've had to give cash back to customers due to input errors that cannot be fixed after the transaction is saved. UNtipped transactions CAN be modified however and we've had problems with the wrong transaction having a tip added, then we have real problems with the customer.
