The choices you make and the afflictions you confront will determine your survival. Each playthrough is filled with tension, suspense, and moral dilemmas, as the Hellscape shifts and reveals new horrors with every turn. Hell to Pay offers intense solo gameplay for teens and adults (ages 14+), with a runtime of 20-60 minutes per session.
