The compression was able to help in alleviating the pain I felt when walking and sitting, the majority of the time eliminating it altogether. A couple weeks later the compression started to feel a bit looser. While my leg was better off at that point than when I began to use it, I still wanted to maintain the original compression pressure when I ordered the product. Sparthos sends out emails following up with customers about purchases, so it just so happened that I noticed it when the issue arised. The customer service agent was very helpful and understanding, and offered either a full refund or to send out a replacement. I opted for the replacement which came in the mail today. I don't usually leave reviews, but given how dedicated this company is to ensuring their customers are satisfied with their purchase it would be wrong not to share my experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for healing an injury *by G***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2019* I pulled my hamstring a few weeks ago and have been using this item to get back into dancing. It's really helping me - not only does it feel good, it's working! I am a 5'6" 132lb girl, and I had to order the XXL (even though my legs are pretty slim, as you can see in the picture). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good quality, sizing is correct *by L***C on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2018* I the people complaining about sizing being too small just don't understand what compression is supposed to feel like. I measured the middle of my right thigh, and it was 19 3/4". According to their sizing, L goes up to 19 3/4", and XL starts at 19 3/4". I decided to go with L, to make sure that I get enough compression. Even though my leg is at the top end for size L, it fits perfectly. I get a nice & tight compression from it. The length is good.. covers my whole thigh from my crotch to my knee. Might be a tad long, but the material is stretchy, so I can adjust it a bit shorter to fit my leg.The fabric is thick and coarse weave, much coarser and thicker than my CWX calf sleeves. This makes them nice and warm in cold weather, but too warm for hot weather. The quality is very good, and they feel like they will last a while. They have silicone bands around the insides at the ends, to prevent slippage. I found the silicone to be a bit sticky and uncomfortable at first, and the coarse weave made me a little bit itchy, but after wearing them for a few hours, I got used to the feeling. This is my 2nd day of wearing them, and I've gotten accustomed to the feeling now. I can wear them all day, with no issues.I would not hesitate to recommend these with no reservations for cool to medium temperatures. I took off one star only because I prefer the thinner/tighter weave of my CWX sleeves.
