I emailed the company and they had them in the mail with a tracking number the following day, arrived a few days later and all is well. The process of building it was simple enough. I added some glue to keep it together. It is very lightweight and so a gust of wind can take it down. You will likely need to put something on the feet in order to hold it in place.
