This is a fun phone option when you need to take macro level photos with your camera. You're not going to get the same reproduction as you might with your mirrorless camera and dedicated macro lens, but wow! This is really good with some caveats that you have to keep in mind. First, construction. The lens quality is exceptional, as you might expect from Kase, with an aluminum body and an anti scratch finish. Nice glass in a nice package to protect it when not in use. It also has a dedicated mount for the lens to attach to your phone and it sits nicely over my existing camera lens. Also included is a nice pouch to carry the lens and the clip which is great for keeping things together, organized, and letting you toss it into a bag, a pack, or your pocket. Great portability! Functionally, this works great in magnifying the small stuff to make it visible and optically interesting. Your phone's macro capabilities are enhanced and you can see detail like never before. Yes, it does work with your camera's built in zoom but what you will notice is that you should use this on your best resolution camera on your phone and only apply a slight digital zoom. Stability is key so keep that in mind when shooting. Finally, you'll notice that the depth of field with this lens is shallow, sometimes VERY shallow, so try to shoot with that in mind. If you're wanting to explore macro imaging and don't have the budget for a camera and dedicated macro lens, Kase can get you going for a great price, using your phone that you carry around everywhere. I've been enjoying it and you might too! Review: Not clear on what phones it works with. - Did not work on my phone, but my phone is old. They didn’t have clear detail on what phones it works beat for. My significant others phone works great with it. ## Features - 【Master Macro Lens Plus】The lens is made of high quality optical glass, 5 elements in 4 groups. Excellent optical design greatly improves image quality, making images clearer without distortion. Compared to Kase Master Macro Lens Pro, the Master Macro Lens Plus with a larger light-passing area can help avoid vignetting. - 【Long Focus Distance 45-85mm】Macro shooting often requires shooting close to the subject, which increases the difficulty of shooting, especially when shooting insects. A longer focusing distance can increase the success rate of shooting. The macro shooting distance of Kase Master Macro Lens Plus is up to 45-85mm, which can capture clearer images without affecting insects, while also producing excellent background bokeh. - 【HD Multi-Coated】The lens consist of low dispersion optical glass with anti-reflective multi-layer coating, the coating helps to reduce reflection, glare, ghosting and improve saturation. - 【Aluminum Body】The lens body is made of aluminum alloy and adopts a new generation of frosted metal technology, which is not easy to scratch and wear. - 【Widely Used】Kase Master Macro Lens Plus is great for insects, flowers, leaves macro photography, as well as stamps, jewelry, fabrics, fingerprints, eyelashes. You can explore the micro world anywhere by phone. - 【Easy Use & Wide Compatibility】With the included clip, the lens fit for most of smartphones. The lens is with 17mm thread (M17 Mount), it also can be installed on a phone case (Kase Phone Case) or phone cage which has 17mm thread. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DXDTQNT9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #132,823 in Cell Phones & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Cell Phones & Accessories ) #374 in Cell Phone Lens Attachments | | Brand | Kase | | Built-In Media | Kase Master Macro Lens Plus x1, Phone Clip x1 | | Camera Lens | 85 | | Camera Lens Description | 85 | | Color | Silver | | Compatible Camera Mount | Smartphone | | Compatible Devices | Android, iPhone | | Compatible Mountings | Smartphone | | Customer Reviews | 3.6 out of 5 stars 4 Reviews | | Focal Length Description | 45-85mm | | Focus Type | Auto/Manual | | Image stabilization | no image stabilization | | Item Highlight | Professional Smartphone Macro Photography Lens for iPhone Samsung Android, Longer Shoot Distance 45-85mm, Silver | | Item Weight | 150 g | | Lens | Macro | | Lens Coating Description | HD Coating | | Lens Design | Prime | | Lens Fixed Focal Length | 8.5 centimeters | | Lens Type | Macro | | Manufacturer | Kase | | Manufacturer Part Number | Master Macro Lens Plus | | Maximum Aperture | 1 f_stop | | Maximum Focal Length | 8.5 centimeters | | Minimum Aperture | 1 f_stop | | Minimum Focal Length | 45 millimeters | | Model Name | Master Macro Lens Plus | | Model Number | Master Macro Lens Plus | | Number of Items | 1 | | Warranty Description | 1 Year Warranty | | Zoom Ratio | 1:1 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Kase - **Camera Lens Description:** 85 - **Compatible Mountings:** Smartphone - **Focal Length Description:** 45-85mm - **Lens Type:** Macro ## Images ![Kase Upgraded HD Master Macro Phone Lens Plus for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 12 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/515tEaqtcKL.jpg) ![Kase Upgraded HD Master Macro Phone Lens Plus for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 12 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61uLPzhVhUL.jpg) ![Kase Upgraded HD Master Macro Phone Lens Plus for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 12 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71W48Pnq3vL.jpg) ![Kase Upgraded HD Master Macro Phone Lens Plus for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 12 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61yuUiFWCzL.jpg) ![Kase Upgraded HD Master Macro Phone Lens Plus for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 12 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71f-GBttLJL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun macro lens for your phone *by C***N on May 5, 2026* Kase is a favorite brand of mine when it comes to optical filters for photography and they've added a few lens options recently. They didn’t have clear detail on what phones it works beat for. My significant others phone works great with it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kase Upgraded HD Master Macro Lens Plus for iPhone Samsung Android with Long Focus Distance 45-85mm, Macro Photography Phone Camera Lens Attachment - Upgraded 18 inch LED Ring Light with Tripod Stand, Ring Light with Touch Panel for Makeup Studio Portrait YouTube Vlog Video Shooting with Remote Controller, CRI>90 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/707162686-kase-upgraded-hd-master-macro-phone-lens-plus-for-iphone](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/707162686-kase-upgraded-hd-master-macro-phone-lens-plus-for-iphone) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
