It holds the bits very securely and it is big enough for a large collection. Even with all the bits in place, it's still easy to get an individual bit out. It transformed a disorganized mess of loose bits into an easy to use collection. Review: Great for Organizing Hex Bits - I had several old, busted organizers and needed something to store them in. This did the trick and sorts them al nicely. The bits fit snug enough they don't look sloppy, but pull out really easy no more pliers or screwdrivers trying to get them free from the stock holder. The green is a little brighter than pictured, but looks slick. If you're a Ryobi fan, it'll be right up your alley. As fort durability, I gave it three stars. I can't imagine it will be an issue as the organizer will be flat and stationary on the workbench. Probably last for years and years unless I manage to knock it off onto the floor. It is a little tough to get bits out at times. Maybe to due with temperature changes? Not sure but overall I am happy with this and it looks good also.
