I had a problem with one of the steps in which I needed to remove the adhesove from under the battery. Watching a youtube video about the process will help a lot in understanding what you need to do with that step that is difficult to understand in the pictures.Apart from the the instructions are clear and the pictures are eqsy to comprehend.As for performance, before switching out the battary I would be at 20% by 11am after a full noght of charging.
