熱したリノール酸から発生するヒドロキシノネナールはアルツハイマー認知症の原因となるので、リノール酸が少なくて、高温調理に使える安全な油を探していました。偶然このAlgea Cooking Oilに関する日本語の小さな記事でリノール酸が3%以下で、高温調理に使えると知り、輸入代行を利用してAmericaのamazonから取り寄せていました。届いた油はクセがなく、サラッとしていてとても使いやすい油で、料理が引き立ち家族全員が気に入りました。 また購入しようとしたら、日本のamazonで購入できること知り大変喜んで使っています。
