I'm coming up on 60 and this is my first attempt at using a stimulator to help with prostate/pelvic floor health. I was a pilot and had regular prostate checks. Doc always said I had a small prostate so maybe that's why I don't feel much. This does help if you are not used to doing Kagel for pelvic floor as it allows better feeling when you contract your muscle. Aneros has a website/forum to assist with their products. I'm giving three stars only because there was a lot of hype about "etherial" orgasms that are really subjective. For now, I don't need it-maybe later.
