The surgeon said he'd rather try therapy for a while and at least strengthen it for surgery if needed. These worked for me at home as extra therapy in between sessions. I would’ve designed it to have a flat wide hook to put over the door in case someone doesn’t have a door they can close all the time to close it in. And I would have placed a strap to go across the top of the hand too. But it’s a good rehab item.
