Wrong. It has 5stars for a reason. The straps take a bit of time to get adjusted right, but as there are 4 of them our deep chested thin ish necked rottweiler fits in it a treat. Problem is he's a bit if a bulldozer with no spatial awareness so will run into kitchen cabinets, cars, fence posts and other breakable stuff whilst wearing it, weakening the plastic clips. Based on this, I honestly think 2 years worth of twice a day wear before breaking makes a good product. Oh, and the clip at the front for the double ended lead is also a bonus.
