Something about the script letters really elevates the look of your party decorations. They were quick to inflate and easy to assemble. I didn’t have an issue with mine deflating, they stayed sealed for the entire week I had them on display. I thought the price was reasonable for the 5 letters I needed, and they are pretty durable compared to some other balloons I’ve purchased. Because they are script letters, I found that they looked better after I attached them together with some glue dots. Most of the letters have tabs on the ends that made them easy to stick together, and it helped give the illusion that it was one balloon.
Review: Good balloons - Balloon works great for party, comes with strings and stickies. It would be great if they sell "&" symbol too.

**Q: How do I Inflate these balloons?**
A: It comes with a straw to inflate by mouth. Instructions included. Was pretty easy.

**Q: How many of each letter ?**
A: We are sorry for the confusion.
We don't sell individual letters, we sell custom phrases packages.
This includes a flat rate of $3.95 and then depending on the number of letters, the price varies.
The more letters you buy, the cheaper per letter you pay.
 
Example:
-For 2 letters you will be paying a total of: $3.95+$9.95=$13.9 ($6.95 per letter)
-For 13 letters (happy birthday phrase) you will be paying a total of: $3.95+$21.95=$25.9 ($1.99 per letter)

**Q: Are they already aired up?**
A: Our balloons come flat and deflated, please follow instruction on how to inflate our balloons. 
After inflating them you can string and hang them however you please.

**Q: it says 3-5 business days but when I add my phrase to the cart it shows almost two weeks. If I order today would this arrive by 01/28?**
A: It says that but I received my order in three days.

These were great. The perfect touch to a party!! Were easy to inflate and did not leak. Came packaged perfectly with simple instructions. Also loved that I could deflate them and store for another time. Would definitely recommend.
