Listerine Gentle Gum Care Woven Floss, 50 Yards (Pack of 6)

I’m a dentist and this has always been my favorite floss for my personal use. I don’t like cinnamon, but it tastes like mint. It might be difficult if you have very tight contacts because it’s not waxed. It’s actually like a little piece of yarn. However, it grabs everything. You won’t “glide” right over debris. I hate that I can’t find it in stores (yes my supplier could get me one million units), but love that it’s on amazon.

Like everyone else has posted, for some odd reason I can't find this product at any nearby stores or drug stores anymore. Dentist highly recommends especially with a dental implant like me. The rope does a much better job than waxed at cleaning teeth hands down.

This stuff is great. The slick stuff gets stuck in my teeth. This is soft and very very effective. My dentist says my gums and lack of tarter are astounding. Can't find it in any local retail outlets either -- keep this in stock Amazon!

I bought this because Johnson & Johnson Reach Gum Care Soft Woven Mint Floss is no longer available for some reason. This is OK but not as effective because the threads are thinner.That's what I wrote after I used this for the first time. But now, after using it for a while, I have to change my review from 3 stars to 5. It turns out that what I complained about before is actually a good thing in my case. I use a flossing fork and when flossing one part of my mouth (the upper right), where the teeth must be closer together than my others, the Reach floss would pop out, causing me to loose my place, if you know what I mean. I mean, I can't SEE up there! But the Listerine floss, being thinner, does not do that! So thinner turns out to be better.

I have always had a lot of plaque build up between my teeth. I was using a different brand but it seemed to just "Glide" over the plaque. My dentist recommended Listerine a couple of years ago and he noticed a difference the next time I went in for a cleaning.This floss is not a waxed floss, it is a braided fiber. It is a bit thicker than other flosses so if you have really tight teeth you may have issues. The lack of wax seems to control plaque build up better.

As a Dental Hygienist, this floss is amazing. It picks up the plaque and food without sliding over it like a waxed floss would. If you have rough filling/crowns, then this is not the floss for you. But if you have those, then, they need to be replaced anyway. Just saying.

A dental hygienist recommended this type of floss to me a few years ago. I used to buy it at Target stores but they stopped carrying it. I was very happy to find it on Amazon. I don't usually buy my floss by the 6-pack but since I want to make sure I have a supply on hand, the multiple pack is good. This floss is thicker, like a thin yarn so it can scrub between the teeth instead of just gliding between like the plastic stuff. I have tight teeth so I was using the glide but this type of floss really "works" to clean between

This floss is Excellent for my teeth which have spaces between every tooth. I have extremely sensitive gums & this floss was recommended by my dentist. It works great, has a cinnamon flavor which tastes great, & doesn't hurt my gums when I use it. Plus it keeps my teeth & gums very healthy.
