In my opinion, the typing experience on this keyboard is good enough. It's not amazing but I can live with it. The keys feels slightly mushy and not well stabilized. Low profile keyboards are not my first choice but I encountered some that were really impressive. Unfortunately, this keyboard is not one of them. I can still type fine and I don't make that many mistake however, it just don't feel luxurious. For comparison, Lenobo's laptops and the newer Macbook offer a nicer typing experience. The key layout is pretty acceptable for a compact keyboard but It takes time to get use to it. For example, I can now reliably move the right hand from the mouse to hitting Backspace on the keyboard without looking and I don't need tons of effort to locate the arrow keys by feel but locating Home, End, PgUp and PgDn still take a lot of effort.. All of this just to say that I don't love this keyboard. It's just a relationship that takes a bit more time and hard work. The build quality and the hinge feel okay. There is magnet keeping the keyboard open and closed. The hinge is covered with three piece of plastic which is the only part that makes the build less attractive. The keyboard folds down to a good size and there is a carrying case to hold both the keyboard and the mouse. The carrying case is very thick. I don't quite understand the logic behind a foldable keyboard when the carrying case makes it bulky again. The carrying case should have been half the thickness. - The mouse - The mouse is ultra flat with a lot of straight edge. This is another way of saying it's very uncomfortable. As opose to the keyboard, the mouse can't fold out or expand. I tried to keep on using this mouse until I get use to it but that day never came. I don't love the keyboard but I thinkit's still very usable and I don't feel I am settleing. This is not the feeling I got when using this mouse. There is a lot of inexpensive mouse that are not that much bulkier. I would not feel right telling people to limit themself to this. Ergonomic aside, this mouse works fine. tracking seems okay, the click are ultra quiet and there is even a DPI switch on top of the mouse. The mouse 2.4Ghz wireless connection was not good. Actually when I first tried to use it, I thought I needed to pair it but it was the radio not able to reach the receiver. The receiver was just 6 inch away behind my 55" LG TV I am using as my computer screen. I had to plug an extension and bring the receiver in front of the TV for the mouse to work properly. On a more positive note,the mouse can also connect to 3 device (2 bluetooth + 1 wireless USB receiver). - Conclusion - Over all, I think the keyboard is good enough for something I could use daily. On the other hand, The mouse is hard to justify. Maybe if I was all form over function, it would make sense. For the right price, I wouldn't mind getting it just for the keyboard.
