My skin is very oily and blemish prone so I like to exfoliate every couple of days. This stuff is great! It is scrubby enough to make your skin feel really fresh and clean, it smells lovely and I'm led to believe it has a lot of natural ingredients and fewer harsh chemicals. Also costs about half the price of some that I've tried and you get a generous amount.
