I use it by putting my dry ramen and these vegetables in a bowl, pouring boiling water over everything, and letting it sit for about 3–5 minutes. The vegetables rehydrate well and absorb the flavor, so you end up with a hearty bowl instead of just plain noodles and broth. Great texture, good mix of veggies, and an easy way to upgrade instant ramen. I’ll definitely keep buying this.

I have a lot of food allergies and am always looking for easy travel meals. Super easy to pack a jar with a pho broth cube concentrate, rice noodles, few table spoons and some other seasoning and bam. Instant ramen just add hot water and give it like 20min. It smells so good and the veggies taste great and have a great texture.

This is a pretty good mix of veggie ramen toppings - it adds flavor and texture variety to soups, along with 3g of protein and 3g of fiber per 0.53oz serving. The ingredients are decent, but I would like to see some additional vegetables incorporated as well. I think the pieces themselves hydrate about as much as you could expect in the time it takes to cook ramen noodles.
