After doing extensive research, I learned that these helped prepare the tissue in the uterus get nice and comfy for a fertilized egg to implant. After an unsuccessful attempt to conceive, I purchased these to help with implantation. After only one month of using these, implantation was successful and I am now pregnant! As for the other purposes of these pills, I did not notice a difference in anything after one month of use. They are super easy to take (I took 4 pills under my tongue 2x daily).
