This knife works well. I love the design and the cost is great as well. The reason for the 4 stars is I wish the knife had been just a bit sharper. It works great but I’m used to amazingly sharp knives.

This knife is one knife that my hubby absolutely finds wonderful it is super nice I have never had a German knife before but it cuts very smooth and does not snag on meat as thought it would. It is a chefs quality knife and the handle is very sturdy and not moving at all even cutting pineapples it makes it easier than using some other knives I have in the House I am really glad that I purchased it!! I am going to look for some more like this to add to my collection

These knives are not Damascus steel. They have a Damascus pattern etched into the blade with a laser or something and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture. These are just crappy knifes with a poorly replicated picture of a pattern on the blade. The patterns are identical on each side of the blade. Got this as a present for my dad and it turns out I got him a piece of garbage. Thanks for nothing. This seller is a fraud and sellers like this are the bane of online shopping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I just received this knife the other day. The first thing I cut with it was an onion. I now understand what people mean when they say it was like cutting through butter. The blade made cutting much easier. The handle is sturdy and heavy. It’s a good quality. I also like that it looks so artsy. Definitely my dinner party knife!
