Using a plastic bag wasn't cutting it because I had to constantly shift it around to hit all areas. I used the neck wrap and put it on top of my foot and wrapped it around my foot. This worked great! I liked that I didn't have dripping water from melted ice and it froze pretty quickly. Always put something between the area you are icing and the ice pack.I plan on using the large one for an upcoming surgery in two weeks. Just because it says it's for necks, doesn't mean you have to use it just for necks.
