When it came to my house upon opening it up i notice a HUGE crack almost 16 inches!!!! The crack did not look like it went all the way through but upon further inspection and reading the other reviews (jason spradlin), i notice that the crack indeed does go all the way through. This explains why I am not getting the full quality and volume that could be achieved. Also on the paint and some of the staining there are backwards letters on it, like someone laid it down on a piece of newspaper when it wasn't dry.
