I normally wear a Juniors small and bought this shirt in a medium because the other reviewers said it ran small (and they were definitely right). Even the medium is skin tight for someone who wears a Juniors small. I think I would have preferred this shirt in a large and I tend to like a fitted shirt. If you are wearing this shirt to attract attention, go clubbing, or to layer under another shirt, then you would not mind this shirt in a size larger than you usually wear. If you want this shirt as a work shirt (which is why I bought it) then you may want to buy 2 or even 3 sizes up (it's stretchy so it will fit more like a regular shirt if you get a much larger size). Though, in all honesty, this shirt is too fitted and thin to really be an appropriate work shirt.
