The price of about $100 per quart looks very expensive, but 6 months later I would say ts worth every penny. After the application of the oil to the floor it 1) transformed its appearance 2) created a hard protective shield that looks as good today as it did 6 months ago. In that time we have split liquids on it and had a lot of traffic both from family and contractors still working on the house. The impact on the floor has been zero! I feel pretty confident that without this oil it wouldn't be looking so good. Apparently while furniture was being moved one of the leg protectors fell off.
